It's unfixable now, but the speedway really should have been built further away from civilization to avoid this issue. As a past resident of the neighborhood across the street from the speedway, I can say that (if you're anywhere near the speedway) the noise is obnoxious and has kept me (and the whole neighborhood, undoubtedly) awake at night many times. However, the seats are made of concrete and aren't terribly comfortable. User ( 04:59) We went here for the demolition derby and it was awesome, as expected. Meeting friends at the track on a Friday night is great fun. User ( 01:58) The track always has something going on & it's like a family of fun rivals. Definitely somewhere I will go again and hope to take others with me when I do. I was very impressed with both the track and the local authorities and police department when it came time to leave I expected a long wait and was on the interstate in a matter of minutes. It is a well-maintained facility with very friendly helpful staff it is not easy to access if you are handicapped however.
